Issue with Setup Beam Flag due to negative reading from BCT leading to header failures in the SMP. The origin of the problem is a slight offset, which is in principle corrected with 'scripts' (?), which currently do not run anymore.

For testing the BCT reading might be forced to 0, if it has a negative reading. This approach needs to be verified for operation
